Up Against the Glass is the product of One Afternoon, One Sketchbook, a bunch of Colored Pencils a Scanner and a New Years Resolution. As a Freelance Graphic Designer I feel I have less and less time to sketch up ideas and often have to dive right into projects onto the Computer. I miss the loose feeling my work use to have and the spontaneous ideas you get with working with pen and paper. I hope this Blog will help me get over my bad habit of filtering ideas in my head and get me to be more comfortable drawing out ideas. Many of these Sketches are just Random thoughts or observations. They are all done on my 45 minute commute from Brooklyn to Manhattan.

I will do my best to post as often as possible.
